In August 2021, I took the SAT for the
first time and scored 1580/1600, with a perfect math score. This made me competitive for top school admissions in North America.
My Experience
The SAT is not just a pure math test. To get a perfect score, you need to know the test well.When I studied for the SAT, I trained myself to think the way College Board wants students to, and collected tips and tricks to succeed.As your SAT tutor, I will break down each testable topic of the SAT Math section and explain the logic and approach to solve each question quickly. Furthermore, I will help you create a study plan to target your weaknesses so you can achieve a top score.
Breakdown of a lesson
30% of the lesson will be spent reviewing mistakes from the homework. Understanding why you made the mistake is crucial to scoring higher and higher with each lesson.40-50% of the lesson will be spent on teaching a new concept/type of problem.The rest of the class will be spent doing practice problems about the new type of concept taught, and homework will be assigned at the end of each lesson.Each lesson is part of my curriculum,
which covers 25 SAT topics.
